1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AceTrace platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AceTrace provides AI-powered biomechanical analysis and coaching tools for tennis academies, coaches, and players. The Platform uses pose estimation technology to analyse technique and provide performance insights.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Types

The Platform supports the following roles with varying levels of access: SuperAdmin, Academy Administrator, Coach, and Player.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Reverse-engineer or decompile Platform software

5. Video and Biomechanical Data

By uploading video recordings, you grant AceTrace a limited licence to process the content for biomechanical analysis. Video and pose data are retained per your academy's subscription terms and are not shared with other academies.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, technology, and materials are owned by AceTrace or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceTrace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
