• For coaches and players: optional fields such as date of birth, phone, playing level, and physical measurements

• Session recordings and uploaded video files
• Pose landmark data extracted during biomechanical analysis
• Analysis results, coaching feedback, and session metadata
• Login timestamps and platform activity logs

2.3 Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Session cookies used for authentication
• Diagnostic and error logs

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the Platform and its analysis features
• Generate biomechanical insights and coaching feedback
• Send account-related communications
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Academy Administrators to manage their academy's accounts, coaches, and players
• Authorised Service Providers operating under data processing agreements
• Legal Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Video recordings and pose data are retained per your academy's subscription agreement. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

The Platform uses session cookies for authentication and preference storage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may impair functionality.

The Platform is not intended for users under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent.
